KYLOE IN THE WILD CONTENT SUBMISSION AGREEMENT

Thanks for wanting to share your content with Kyloe in the Wild.
Before uploading your photos or videos, please read these terms so you understand how we can use your content. 

By clicking "Agree" and uploading your content, you are confirming that:

  • You're legally allowed to agree to these terms.
  • You've read and understood everything here.
  • You’re giving us permission to use your content as described.


WHAT YOUR SUBMITTING

You’re sharing content (videos, photos, audio, etc.) that you own or have permission to use. This includes any music, voices, people, or places shown in it. If anyone else appears in your content (especially kids), you must have their (or their parent/guardian's) written permission.


WHAT WE CAN DO WITH IT

By submitting your content, you’re giving Kyloe in the Wild a perpetual, worldwide license to use it however we like. That means we can show it off, edit it, use it in ads, social media, on packaging, or even in videos and TV.
This includes:

  • Online and mobile use (web, social media, apps)
  • Retail and promotional displays
  • Print materials (catalogs, ads, magazines)
  • Out-of-home displays (like billboards, buses, events)
  • TV, movies, or other media
  • Internal testing and technology development
  • We may also use your name, image, voice, or likeness if it appears in the content.


YOUR RIGHTS

You still own your content. But by submitting, you allow us to create new content using yours (like edited versions or compilations), and we own those new versions.


YOUR PROMISE TO US

You confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to submit your content.
  • You’ve gotten permission from anyone shown in the content.
  • You’re not breaking any laws or using copyrighted material you don’t have the rights to.
  • You’ll handle any fees owed to others involved (like musicians or performers).


LEGAL STUFF

You agree to cover any legal issues that come up if someone claims we used their content or likeness without permission because of your submission. We’re also not liable for any damages (money lost, injuries, etc.) that may come from you creating content or from our use of it.


IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • Don’t do anything dangerous or illegal to get your footage.
  • You participate at your own risk.
  • Make sure your content follows all laws.
