The Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing defects and accidental breakage for all Sunglasses bought in or after March 2025.
If your Kyloes break (even if it’s your fault), we will repair or replace them.
Our Lifetime Guarantee does not include, scratched lenses, Loss or theft.
Sunglasses bought before 2025 are not covered by the Lifetime Guarantee.
What does it not cover?
The Guarantee does not cover accidental breakages, lens damage*, loss, or theft.
*Lens damage is not covered by the Kyloe Guarantee. Unfortunately it’s not possible to make completely scratch-proof lenses so please look after your sunnies and store them in the pouch provided.
Why aren't scratched lenses covered?
While our industry leading lenses are scratch-resistant with triple layer protection, no lens is completely scratch-proof. For this reason, we provide clear care instructions and a microfiber pouch to keep your lenses in top condition.
How do I get in Touch?

How much do I pay?
Depending on when you purchased your Kyloe sunglasses you may be liable for a processing fee. If we approve your request then we will send you a new pair completely free of charge.
How many times can I replace my sunglasses?
Each individual pair can only be replaced once. After that we ask you to purchase the next pair, as this allows us to keep offering such a strong Guarantee.
Can I choose a different pair of sunglasses?
No. You will automatically receive the same style and design. You will be offered an alternative if it has been discontinued or is sold out.
What if I bought Sunglasses in 2024?
No. Unfortunately our Lifetime Guarantee only started in March 2025. BUT... sunglasses bought before then are covered by a 1 Year Guarantee.
We want to trust you...
But we do reserve the right to decline guarantee requests based on fraudulent, repeated, or intentional damage.
