We believe in them so each pair purchased comeswith a 1 Year Guarantee.
Our 1 Year Guarantee covers your sunglasses if they are broken. It does not cover lens damage.
How do I get in Touch?
Simply email our customer service team hello@kyloeinthewild.com with your name, order number, relevant photographs and a description of the problem.
How much do I pay?
You don’t need to pay anything. If we approve your request then we will send you a new pair completely free of charge.
How many times can I replace my sunglasses?
Each individual pair can be replaced up to once. After that we ask you to purchase the next pair, as this allows us to keep offering such a strong Guarantee.
Can I choose a different pair of sunglasses?
No. You will automatically receive the same style and design. You will be offered an alternative if it has been discontinued or is sold out.
What does it not cover?
The Guarantee does not cover lens damage*, loss, or theft.
*Lens damage is not covered by the Kyloe Guarantee. Unfortunately it’s not possible to make completely scratch-proof lenses so please look after your sunnies and store them in the pouch provided.
