✔ All frames: Covered for any manufacturing defects.
✔ Lenses: 12 months of cover for peeling, bubbling, or other defects.
✔ Faults: Faults that shouldn’t happen with normal use.
✘ Scratches or general wear and tear: that’s just part of the ride.
✘ Accidental damage: from drops, crashes, or life’s more chaotic moments.
✘ Chemical damage: Damage from everyday products like cleaning sprays, perfumes, or anything you wouldn’t normally put on your lenses.
✘ Intentional mistreatment (even if it made for a good story).
✘ Squeaky hinges: caused by damp or lack of use. Not a fault and won’t impact how they work.
No lenses are completely scratch-proof - not ours, not anyone’s. Just like your phone screen or TV, they’ll stay clearer for longer with the right care. Use the pouch they come in, keep them out of the sand, and don’t toss them in your gym bag unprotected. A little care goes a long way.
If your lenses start peeling or bubbling within the first 12 months of purchase and it is not due to the above then please complete the form at the bottom of this page, complete with these details:

What if I bought before 2025?
If you bought before March 2025 your sunglasses are covered by our previous 12 month Guarantee and will be liable for a processing fee. Please get in touch on the form below.
Are my lenses covered if I bought them before 2025?
Lenses are only covered for 12 months from March 2025, sunglasses bought before this date are not covered by this guarantee.
How much do I pay if I am in the UK?
If we approve your request for orders from March 2025 then we will send you a new pair completely free of charge. If you purchased your Kyloe sunglasses before March 2025 you will be liable for a processing fee. Please fill in the form below.
I am not in the UK, how much do I pay?
Unfortunately due to forces out of our control we will have to charge a processing fee for countries outside of the UK (EU:€25/ROW:$30).
Why aren't scratched lenses covered?
While our industry leading lenses are scratch-resistant with triple layer protection, no lens is completely scratch-proof. For this reason, we provide clear care instructions
and a microfiber pouch to keep your lenses in top condition.
How many times can I replace my sunglasses?
Each individual pair can only be replaced once. After that we ask you to purchase
the next pair, as this allows us to keep offering such a strong guarantee.
Can I choose a different pair of sunglasses?
No. You will automatically receive the same style and design. You will be offered an alternative if it has been discontinued or is sold out.
What does it not cover?
The Guarantee does not cover accidental breakages, lens damage*, loss, or theft.
*Lens damage is not covered by the Kyloe Guarantee. Unfortunately it’s not possible to make completely scratch-proof lenses so please look after your sunnies and store them in the pouch provided.
We’re all about fairness and trust, and we’ll always try to do right by you. But we do reserve the right to decline guarantee claims if there’s clear misuse, repeated issues, or anything that feels a bit off. We’ve got to draw the line somewhere.
