BEFORE YOU ORDER

How long does it take to process my order?

We know you are excited to receive your Kyloe shades and want them as quickly as possible, so once you have placed your order we get to work processing and packing it, ready for it to be dispatched.

Standard processing times: 2 - 4 business days.

Priority processing times: 1 - 2 business days.

*At busy times (after national holidays etc) this may be extended slightly.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Warehouse & Customer Service team take a much-deserved break on weekends and UK national holidays,
so there will be no deliveries sent out on these days.

What if I need my order quickly?

If you're in a hurry, be sure to select “Skip the Queue – Priority Processing” when adding the product to your cart.
This bumps your order to the front of the line so we can get it packed and shipped faster.

Once your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes as our team moves fast to get your orders out the door!

What is Priority Processing?

If you choose our "priority processing" option your order gets bumped to the front of the queue and processing times will be a lot quicker (usually 1-2 business days).

This means you will receive your shades a lot quicker than standard processing. Why wouldn't you?

You can find the option to add priority processing on each product page.

We do our best to keep everything in stock, but popular designs can sell out fast.
If the item you’re after isn’t available, just head to the product page and hit “Notify Me” to get an email as soon as it’s back.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes! International orders are accepted. However please note that very occasionally these orders can face delays at customs.

EU ORDERS:

All EU orders are inclusive of import duties / taxes and will not be subject to additional charges (unless your order value exceeds a value of €150). If you have been faced with additional charges on orders below this amount, please email us at hello@kyloeinthewild.com.

ROW ORDERS:

If your purchase is from the rest of the world, we advise that you check with your local customs office for any possible charges prior to ordering.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • If your address is not within the UK and your purchase is over €150 then you may incur customs charges (we do not cover charges over this amount).
  • If you refuse to receive your order you will be eligible for a €30 processing fee which will be deducted from your refund.

We only ship to the following locations:

Where does my order ship from?

We are a proudly Scottish company and all orders are shipped from our Glasgow warehouse.

Can I change my shipping method?

Once your order has been placed, we're unable to change the shipping method.
Our warehouse team works quickly, so your order is likely already being processed. We know that’s not always ideal - but it’s how we get your items out the door fast!

How much is your Shipping/Handling Charge?

All orders over £75 within the UK are FREE.

Shipping / Handling costs for orders under this amount, and to other destinations, are dependent on the weight of your order, the number of items contained within your order, the speed of service selected, and the destination location.

Shipping information including delivery method and estimated delivery times can be found at checkout.

I need to change my address

If you have just made an order and realised you used the wrong address, please follow these steps:

Can I upgrade my order to First Class Shipping?

Once your order has been placed, we're unable to change the shipping method.

We accept most major Credit Cards and Debit Cards, as well as Paypal.

How many discount codes can be used per order?

A maximum of one discount code is allowed per order.

PLEASE NOTE: Discount codes are to be used in good faith. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if they are abused.

Do you offer team discounts?

We don’t have a Blue Light Discount, but you’re very welcome to make use of our current BOGOF offer.

QUESTIONS ABOUT A RECENT ORDER

Where is my order?

Please check your shipping address. Shipping addresses need to be entered correctly at checkout. If your order has already shipped, we accept no responsibility

We will not be liable for packages going to an address that was entered incorrectly. Please make sure to double check all shipping addresses before purchasing. 

If you have entered the correct details and have still not received your order after the maximum shipping time please fill in the form at the bottom of the page with your order details.

My order never arrived / was lost in transit - what can I do?

Once your order has left our hands, it’s in the care of the postal service - and while they usually do a great job, delays can occasionally happen.

If you paid for tracked shipping, we recommend checking your tracking info
first and contacting Royal Mail directly for updates.

Wrong Item Received

We're really sorry you've received the wrong design, we're all human and sometimes we make mistakes!

Please email us at hello@kyloeinthewild.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The product you expected
  • The product you received

Once we have this information we will send out the correct sunglasses as quickly as possible and include a prepaid returns label.

If you're happy to pop the incorrect pair back to us, using the prepaid label, we’d really appreciate it.

Missing Item from Order

We're sorry to hear something was missing from your order. We are only human and sometimes we make mistakes!

UK Returns Policy

Not happy with your purchase? No problem. We offer a hassle-free, full refund on items returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

To return your item:

How do I make a UK Return?

We get it - sometimes things don’t fit or aren’t quite what you were expecting. That’s why we offer a hassle-free, full refund on any product returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging.

We’re happy to offer exchanges on international orders if you need a different size, colour, or style. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn
  • In original packaging
  • Free from signs of wear

A processing fee applies to cover restocking and international postage:

  • Europe: €20
  • Rest of the World: $25

This helps us keep our pricing fair while continuing to offer great service—thank you for supporting our small business.

UV400 is the highest level of protection your sunglasses lenses can have. These lenses block 99-100% of harmful rays from the sun to keep your eyes safe. 

What are ICE* Lenses?

ICE* Lenses are our most advanced Nylon lenses, engineered to offer superior diamond grade optical precision. They minimise distortions and aberrations, ensuring that the wearers vision remains sharp and accurate across the entire lens surface.

Why Nylon: Nylon is lighter than many other materials. Nylon is also more flexible than other lens materials which adds to their durability and tenacity, which is beneficial for both the longevity of the sunglasses and comfort.

What are Polarised Lenses?

Polarised lenses reduce your eyes’ exposure to reflected light.

They reduce glare, enhance contrast and optimise clarity.

Their UV400 protection blocks 100% of harmful UVA / UVB rays.

Polarised lenses also decrease your need to squint, leading to fewer headaches and less eye strain.

Do you offer Prescription Lenses?

Unfortunately at this moment in time we cannot offer prescription lenses.

Do you offer Replacement Lenses?

Unfortunately not at the current time.

Do Kyloe Sunglasses offer UV protection?

All our sunglasses feature full UV400 protection, shielding your eyes from both UVA and UVB rays. With Kyloe shades, you’ll stay stylish while keeping your eyes safe from harmful UV exposure.

What is UVA / UVB?

UVA rays are the part of the light that can hamper your vision by damaging the retina and the natural eye lens.

UVB rays, can damage your cornea cells, which do the job of protecting your eyes from external things like dust and pollution.

All our sunglasses protect your eyes from both UVA and UVB rays.

What are category 3 lenses?

Category 3 lenses provide protection from both visible and UV light. These lenses will usually only allow less than 20% of visible light to penetrate the lens. This means that they will block out 80%+ of light.
Category 3 lenses range from a visible light transmission (VLT) of 8-17%.

What does VLT mean?

VLT: Visible Light Transmission, is the measure of how much light the lens lets through to your eye and is expressed as a percentage. A VLT of 1% means very dark glasses, and a VLT of 100% means all the light is getting through and the lens is clear.

Can I wear Kyloe sunglasses for driving?

Yes! All our sunglasses are Category 3 and polarised, which makes them ideal for driving.
Category 3 lenses allow only 8–18% of visible light through, making them perfect for bright conditions.
Polarised lenses also reduce glare from reflective surfaces like wet roads, car bonnets, or windscreens, giving you better visual clarity and contrast. This can help reduce eye strain and make driving safer by cutting down distractions caused by glare.

Our sunglasses are engineered with a unique soft touch coating that help eliminates slippage, even when sweating buckets.

What makes Kyloe frames different?

What are Recycled Frames?

We are striving for more sustainable products, starting with our frames. Our
frames are made from post-consumer, recycled materials.

Why do my Sunglasses look different to the pictures on your website?

We do our best to make sure our photos reflect the true colour and style of each
product - but things like lighting, screen settings, and angles can sometimes
cause slight variations.

We take our pictures in bright sunlight to really show off the true colour of the frames and lenses. So if you’re looking at your new
shades indoors or in dull lighting, they may appear different from our photos.

What age are your 'Wee' Kids Sunglasses for?

Our 'wee' kids sunglasses are designed to fit a wide range of ages, as every child grows
differently.

We recommend checking our sizing guide on the product page and measuring your child's head for the best fit.

What might suit one 5-year-old perfectly, could also fit a 10-year-old, it all depends on the individual child!

Do you offer "over the top" glasses that fit over prescription glasses?

This isn’t something we offer right now, but we’re always looking at new options for the future.

Do you offer spare parts?

We don’t offer spare parts (like screws or lenses) at the moment, but if you’ve got a manufacturer issue with your sunglasses, feel free to reach out - we’ll always do our best to help.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR SHADES

How do I Protect my Shades?

Kyloe lenses have a triple resistant, scratch resistant barrier, but like any screen or lens, are not scratch proof. We recommend looking after your shades and always keeping them in the microfibre pouch provided, this will ensure they stay at
their best.

X DO NOT throw them in your bag, shove them in a pocket, or leave them face down
on any surface!

X DO NOT even think about using your t-shirt to clean them!

X DO NOT allow salt water or chlorine to sit on your lenses for too long without rinsing or cleaning them. Although our lenses now also have a salt water protection barrier, both chlorine & saltwater damage the lens coatings over time.

X DO NOT use glass cleaners (they can damage the lens coatings). If you need something to clean them with us this>

X DO NOT use paper products or abrasive materials on the lenses.

X DO NOT expose your shades to extreme heat, sun or chemicals. Not only will this damage your lenses but it can damage the frames too.

Is a Case included with my Sunglasses?

All our sunglasses come with a protective microfibre pouch. A hard case is not included
as standard.

If you plan to carry your sunglasses in a backpack, handbag, or similar, we recommend purchasing a hard case separately to help prevent damage
and keep them secure.



How do I Clean my Lenses?

If you want to keep your sunglasses in excellent condition (and we are sure you do) then we would recommend the following:

1) Gently blow off any dust / particles from the lenses before cleaning.

2) Gently rinse lenses with water (not too hot).

3) Use a microfibre cloth or pouch provided to dry, no other material.

4) Do not use any screen cleaners on the lenses. If you need to use a cleaner please use this>

5) Keep them in the pouch provided (or a sunglasses case) at all times when not in use.

Can I wear my Kyloes in the Sea or Pool?

It’s okay if your Kyloe sunglasses take a quick dip in the sea or pool - the lenses have a protective coating to help shield them. However, we recommend avoiding full submersion in any liquid, especially salt water, chlorinated water, or anything oily or chemical-based. If they do get wet, rinse them with fresh tap water as soon as possible and dry them with the microfibre cloth provided to keep them in top condition.



KYLOE CAPS

Are Kyloe Caps Waterproof?

Kyloe Caps aren’t fully waterproof, but they are water-repellent. That means they’ll handle light rain, sweat, and splashes without soaking through — perfect for running, hiking, or long days outdoors. If you get caught in a downpour, they’ll dry quickly and keep performing mile after mile.

What size are your Caps?

Both our Primal and Endurance Caps come in one size, with an adjustable strap for a secure fit.


Endurance: Circumference ranges from approximately 54cm to 62cm


Primal: Circumference ranges from approximately 56cm to 64cm

They’re designed to suit most head sizes, with low-profile, lightweight construction that stays put whether you’re on a run, hike, or workout.

How do I clean my Cap?

We don't want to spoil the surprise, so you won’t know the style until it shows up, but you will receive a pair of our zero-slide, polarised shades. We won’t spoil the surprise, but we can promise solid style and full performance, and we promise you will love them!

  • There is only one design of Mystery Shades at a time.
  • The design will usually change every 1-2 months.

How do I become a Kyloe Ambassador?

To become a Kyloe Ambassador, you need to apply during the designated intake period. Successful applicants are expected to:

  • Share a post featuring the Kyloe In The Wild ambassador graphic provided upon selection.
  • Add @kyloeinthewild to your social media profile and ensure your profile is public.
  • Follow Kyloe In The Wild's social media channels.
  • Subscribe to their email list to stay updated on special offers and product launches.
  • Tag @kyloeinthewild in your posts and maintain a positive tone.
  • Participate in competitions for chances to win additional Kyloe products or other prizes.

Please note that not all applicants will be selected. Applications are reviewed based on social media content and the ability to promote Kyloe In The Wild as a brand. Due to the volume of applications, only successful candidates will be contacted via email. However, you are welcome to reapply in future intakes.

When is your Ambassador intake?

The ambassador intake opens at the end of each year. For the upcoming cycle, applications will open at the end of December 2025 and close on 2nd February 2026, with acceptance decisions communicated by mid-February 2026.

Yes, ambassadors receive an exclusive personal discount code that can be shared with friends and family. This code offers extra savings, even on top of existing offers.

What is my discount code?

When you joined the ambassador programme, you would have chosen your own unique discount code. If you can’t remember it, just drop us an email at hello@kyloeinthewild.com and we’ll help you out.

Note: For the next intake, we’ll be simplifying things - new ambassadors will have a code based on their Instagram handle followed by 15 (e.g. username15) to make it easier to remember.

What do I need to do as an Ambassador?

As a Kyloe Ambassador, you’re a core part of our community - and we want to make it fun and easy for you to get involved. Here’s what we ask:

OTHER QUESTIONS

Do you have any stockists in the UK?

Not at the moment! We’re a small team focused on keeping prices fair for our customers by selling directly through our own website.

That said, if you’re a larger retailer looking to place a bulk order, we’re always happy to chat - drop us a message and we’ll see if it’s a good fit.

Do you offer "over the top" glasses that fit over prescription glasses?

This isn’t something we offer right now, but we’re always looking at new options for the future.

Do you sponsor or do promotions with companies/events?

Every now and then, we’ll get involved in sponsoring an event — but only if it genuinely aligns with our values and there's a clear exchange of value, like great content or visibility.

We’re a small crew with limited stock, so we can’t say yes to every request (as much as we’d love to).

As for free gear for local raffles or giveaways — think school tombolas or gym comps — we have to politely say no. If we said yes to them all, we’d be out of stock and out of business! 😅

Can I still buy headbands?

Unfortunately we do not sell headbands anymore.
